We purchased this product as a back up to our high-end copier/fax/scanner/printer. It took less than 10 minutes before it was out of the box and copying and actually makes quicker copies with the same quality as our much more expensive machine.

Im a light user and the printing seems fine. Ive had major problems with the thing freezing my computer when I try to scan too much stuff one after the other. Not sure if its the scanner or not though.
